After earning his degree in Business Management and Economics, he spent two decades in corporate America managing major market accounts across the Southwestern United States. That chapter shaped how he works today. He listens first, explains clearly, and respects the fact that these decisions are personal.

Later, while working alongside a Mesa law firm, Ron began delivering estate planning documents directly to families. Not across desks. In homes. Sitting with people where life actually happens.

That experience changed his standards for what estate planning should be.

Ron earned his Certified Legal Document Preparer certification through the Arizona Supreme Court and built West Estate Planning Services around education, clarity, and a steady client first approach.

She is often the first person clients talk to and the person who makes sure they feel comfortable asking questions, understood as they make decisions, and supported through the process.
